Is the trend worth the hype??
I was introduced to the celery juice craze by my sister. She was introduced to it after reading the book written by the Medical Medium which made the celery juice diet “popular”. It is so crazy how much prices increased on celery due to the amount of people wanting to try it. The question is does it really work?? Personally I do notice significant changes when I do a celery juice detox. Celery Juice detoxes your liver which is the engine of our body. It is important we take care of our bodies because body, mind and soul must all be cared for and balanced in order to live a positive/happy life. If one is out of sync it can really affect other parts of your life. Our gut health is important especially now with summer many of us are drinking alcohol more than usual and it takes a big toll on our liver.

Sometime self care means drinking nasty green juices because it is what your body needs.
